CranioSacral Therapy Study Group

If you want to improve your skills, practice in a safe environment, ask questions and share knowledge then signup and join us as we explore the Upledger CranioSacral techniques.

You do need to have taken a minimum of CS1 through the Upledger Institute.

The format that I typically run is to introduce ourselves and then to ask questions, share ideas and to agree on the topic (if not agreed beforehand) of where we will spend most of our attention.

Demonstrating techniques, the practicing techniques and ensuring that each person has the opportunity to perform the technique as well as to receive it. A great time to give feedback on pressure, intention, hand positions and more.

We try and keep the time to three hours and to make it a safe and welcoming space for everyone irrespective of skill level.

$45 per study group if paying in advance.

$60 is paying at the door.

3-hour time slot.
